Shipping Policy
- Free FedEx Standard Shipping on orders of $99+ (before tax and discounts)
- Orders ship within 2 business days when in stock
- Delivery typically in 3–7 business days
- Items from multiple locations may arrive separately
- FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
Return Guidelines
- Nutritional Products: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our Nutritional Products. Return within 30 days for refund (minus shipping & handling)
- Unused/Unworn Items: Return within 30 days in original packaging
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Return within 30 days; shipping refunded if Life Time error
Returns & Exchanges

Returns
- Place item in original packaging
- Use provided return label (request a new one if needed)
- Refund or credit issued within 3–5 business days after processing
Exchanges
- Provide order number and exchange details (new item, size, color)
- Exchange ships once original item is in transit
- Tracking sent when shipped
Missing or Incorrect Items

Include your order number and list of missing or incorrect items.
- Verified issues are replaced or shipped immediately
- No return needed for incorrect items received
