Contrary to what a commercial might sell you, it's impossible to cram all of the micronutrients you need, in the forms most bioavailable, into one or two capsules. When we first created the Multivitamin, we did so with the idea of creating the best multivitamin, and then figuring out how many capsules we'd need. We found we could just barely get it all into three morning, and three evening capsules.
