Why You'll Love It

Key nutrients for healthy bones, muscles, nerves, energy and heart health*

One to one ratio of calcium and magnesium

Minerals are in a chelated form to help maximize absorption and utilization*

Calcium and magnesium are both crucial minerals for health and metabolism that can easily be depleted from exercise, caffeine consumption, alcohol use, sweating, use of certain prescription and over-the-counter medications, and chronic stress. And because they’re both physically large minerals, optimal amounts can’t reasonably fit into standard multivitamin formulations. This formula is highly bioavailable with top-tier forms of both calcium and magnesium for optimal absorption to minimize risk of any unwanted digestive side effects.
Always third-party tested and free of artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners.

Are there any interactions with Mg I should be aware of?

Please consult your healthcare provider regarding any possible interactions or contraindications.

Should probiotics be taken with food?

There is some evidence that if the probiotic is not enterically coated as in our product, it is better to take it just before a meal.

Is there enough calcium to support if I have bone density issues?

Depending on how many servings you take, possibly. If you're managing a bone density condition, we recommend consulting with your physician regarding proper dosing of mineral and vitamin D supplements.
