Autoship Help

Please log in and click My Autoship to make changes to your existing Autoship.

If you are logged in and the My Autoship link brings you to this page, you do not have an Autoship set up. Please follow the instructions below to set up a new Autoship.

How to place a new Autoship order

  • Choose your item. Select autoship, delivery frequency & quantity and add to cart.
  • Complete checkout.
  • Once you’ve completed checkout, your autoship is set for future orders.


Manage your Autoship

  • Click the pencil icon to edit processing date, addresses, quantity, and payment method – be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your edits. 
  • Click the pause icon to pause an item.
  • Click the trash can icon to remove an item from your autoship. 
  • At this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US.


How do I combine items to be in the same order?

Autoship items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment method will ship as one order.

If you have more than one AutoShip item and want the items to ship in the same order, click the Edit Autoship button in your autoship account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method. Changes will affect future orders.


How do I delay an item on my Autoship?

To change how often an item arrives, simply click the pencil icon and update your processing date.

Click the pause icon on the My Autoship page next to the item you want to pause.


How can I add or remove items in my Autoship?

To add items: go to the product page of the item you'd like to add, click add to cart and simply go through the checkout process.

To remove items: go to My Autoship. For the item you wish to remove, simply click on the trash can icon.


How do I cancel my Autoship?

Go to My Autoship. Click the trash can icon for all items you wish to remove.


How will I know my Autoship is on its way?

We’ll send you a reminder email 3 days before your next scheduled order. You can change your order before it starts processing. We’ll send you another email when your order ships.


How can I change my payment method?

Go to My Autoship. Click on the pencil icon for each item you’d like to update and click change under the payment method section. Click save.  


How can I change my shipping address?

Go to My Autoship. Click on the pencil icon for each item you’d like to update and select one of your saved addresses from the drop down or add a new address. Click save.  


When will my payment method be charged?

When your order ships.
