Shipping Policy

Free Standard FedEx Shipping with any online purchase of $99 (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, and after promotions, discounts, and coupons).  Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor can have longer delivery lead times. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

General Shipping Information

In-stock Merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 2 business.  If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up email. Life Time is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Multiple Shipments

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. The total charges for all the shipments will be processed at time of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your nutritional product purchase, please return any remaining product and the return slip indicating why you are dissatisfied within 30 days after original purchase. We will refund the purchase price for the merchandise less any shipping and handling costs.

Unused or Unworn Merchandise

Merchandise should be returned with all the original packaging and the return slip within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the purchase price for the merchandise less any shipping and handling costs.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

If you have received merchandise that is defective or incorrect, please return the item(s) with all the original packaging and a return slip indicating that the merchandise is defective or incorrect within 30 days of purchase. We will refund any shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.  All refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your returned product and will come in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Gift Cards

Life Time is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

In-Club Purchases

At this time, all purchases of products or services at a Life Time center must be returned or exchanged at a Life Time center and all online purchases must be returned or exchanged via the process noted above.
