The Daily Multivitamin AM/PM Story

Only 3% of Americans consume enough fruits and vegetables to meet their nutritional requirements, but to perform at your best, you need a consistent supply of the best forms of micronutrients to complement your diet.

We created the Life Time Fitness Multivitamin for men or women to make sure they obtain enough of the vital nutrients to support optimal health.

The bottom line is, if you want to feel and perform optimally, make sure the Life Time Fitness Multivitamin is part of your daily plan.

Formula Highlights

We formulated the Multivitamin with the highest-quality micronutrients and many branded and scientifically-supported nutrient forms.
  • Quatrefolic?, a patented form of folate that avoids the risks associated with folic acid supplementation while supporting optimal folate levels in the body*
  • Methylcobalamin, the methylated form of vitamin B12, which is superior to the commonly-used form called cyancobalamin*
  • Albion? TRAACS chelated minerals, the best-absorbed forms of calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium, and molybdenum*
  • These specific raw materials cost considerably more than the low-quality, poorly-absorbed forms found in most nutritional supplements.

Ingredient Benefit
Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene) Precursor of vitamin A, which is important for healthy skin, eyes, and immune function.
Vitamin A (as Palmitate) 'Pre-formed' vitamin A which is easily absorbed to support healthy skin, eyes, and immune function.
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) Essential for growth and repair of all body tissues, especially wound healing, collagen formation and immune function. Also functions as an antioxidant and aids in iron absorption.
Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) Helps maintain healthy bones and immune function as well as cardiovascular and neurological health.
Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopheryl succinate) Natural form of Vitamin E which is important for proper immune function, cognitive health, and bone health. Also functions as an antioxidant.
Vitamin E (as d-Gamma Tocopherol COVI-OX? T-30P EU) Standardized mixed tocopherol antioxidant.
Vitamin K1 Important for bone health and blood clotting
Vitamin K2 (as meniquanone-4) Helps maintain healthy bones and cardiovascular health
Thiamine (as Thiamin HCl) Essential for aerobic metabolism (energy production), cell growth, and nerve impulses
Riboflavin (as Riboflavin-5'-phosphate) A readily usable form of vitamin B2 important for conversion and activation of other B vitamins, red blood cell production and serves as a cofactor for both glucose and fat metabolism (energy production).
Niacin (as niacinimide) Biologically active form of vitamin B3 that helps convert food to energy in our cells. Also known to help maintain normal inflammatory response and resilience of our skin.
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate) Biologically active form of vitamin B6 readily usable by our cells for energy production, muscle growth and repair, mood and sleep regulation and cognitive health.
Folate (as 5-Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid (Glucosamine Salt) Quatrefolic?) Metabolically active, methylated form of folate necessary for proper cell growth and DNA synthesis. Many people lack the ability to convert folic acid or food folate to this usable methylated form needed for normal cellular functions.
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) Metabolically active, methylated form of Vitamin B12 needed for proper DNA synthesis, folate cycle function, energy production and cognitive function. Other forms of vitamin B12 require extra conversion steps before being available for the body to use.
Biotin Also known as Vitamin B7; helps convert food to energy and also supports healthy hair, skin, eyes, nails, and nervous system function.
Pantothenic Acid (as D-Calcium Pantothenate) Also known as Vitamin B5; it's involved in energy production (metabolizes fats, carbohydrates and proteins) cell repair/regeneration, cognitive function and memory.
Calcium (as Albion Calcium Bisglycinate Chelate) Highly bioavailable form of calcium necessary to maintain healthy bones, muscle function and cardiovascular health.
Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) Trace element needed for thyroid hormone production
Magnesium (as Albion Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate) Highly absorbable form of magnesium, an essential mineral for hundreds of metabolic functions, energy production, muscle function, protein synthesis, gene maintenance, and nervous system and mood regulation.
Zinc (as Albion Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate) Highly absorbable form of zinc, an essential mineral for gene expression, enzyme function, immune health, protein synthesis, wound healing and growth and development.
Selenium (as L-Selenomethionine) L-selenomethionine is the form of selenium found in foods and is easily used by the body as an antioxidant, for cardiovascular health, cognitive function, thyroid health and immune health.
Chromium (as Albion Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate Chelate) Highly absorbable form of chromium, an essential mineral for healthy glucose tolerance, energy metabolism and cholesterol management.
Molybdenum (as Albion Molybdenum Glycinate Chelate) Highly absorbable form of molybdenum, an essential trace mineral important as a cofactor for several enzymes involved in sulfite metabolism and detoxification.
Choline (as Choline Bitartrate) Choline is an essential compound our body uses for cell membrane integrity, cell messaging, fat metabolism, DNA synthesis and nervous system function.
Boron (as Borogonic Glycine) Highly absorbable form of boron, a mineral that's important for strong bones, joint health, muscle function and hormone health.
Vegetable Capsule Plant-based capsules made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, plant fibers. Capsules are known to have consistent dissolution times under 30minutes of ingestion and protect oxygen-sensitive ingredients in the formula.
Microcrystalline cellulose A plant-based powder used to help prevent ingredients in the formula from caking or congealing.
Calcium laurate A calcium salt used to help ingredients flow into the capsules more easily during production.
Silicon dioxide Also known as silica, a safe and natural element abundant in nature and used for bone growth. It's included to help ingredients flow into the capsules during production and helps control moisture in the capsules.
Titanium Dioxide White powder used to help make the PM capsules opaque/white so they can be differentiated from the clear AM capsules

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there so many capsules?

Contrary to what a commercial might sell you, it?s impossible to cram all of the micronutrients you need, in the forms most bioavailable, into one or two capsules.
When we first created the Multivitamin, we did so with the idea of creating the best multivitamin, and then figuring out how many capsules we?d need. We found we could just barely get it all into three morning, and three evening capsules.

Can I take the Multivitamins all at once, rather than three in the morning and three in the evening?

We created the formula to support the way your brain and body change throughout the day. If you forget to take your AM dose earlier in the day, you can take it with your PM dose. However, we recommend separating them most of the time.

Why do I need to take the multivitamins with food?

We use potent nutrients in the Life Time Fitness Multivitamin. If you take them on an empty stomach, you might feel nauseous. In addition, some micronutrients are better-absorbed when you take them with food.

Can I take the Multivitamin while pregnant?

We recommend women use the Pre-Natal Multivitamin when pregnant instead. Though there is nothing about the Multivitamin that would be considered ?dangerous,? it is not specifically optimized in the context of human pregnancy.
