Since Mg is a bulky mineral, it takes up a large amount of space within our capsules. Thus we can provide a greater amount in the stand alone for customers desiring larger amounts.

Is the supplement safe for children?

Our formulation provides 200 mg of Mg per serving, which is about 48% of the DV for adult men and 63% for adult women. Our formulation exceeds the DV for infants through children until 8 years old but could be consumed only with a healthcare provider?s recommendation. The formula is suitable for pregnancy and lactation.
